Meghan is a registered nurse dedicated to advocating for her patients with integrity while celebrating their natural beauty.  By carefully considering and collaborating with her patients' goals, she combines over six years of experience as an advanced esthetician with her medical knowledge as a registered nurse.  The best-of-both-worlds combination allows her to provide a comprehensive and personalized experience for each patient, ensuring that their unique needs are met with professionalism and care.

Mandy Fagan

Registered Nurse

Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Promotion and brings over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse to her role at Superior Med Spa. With a deep-seated passion for education and community wellness, she has excelled as an injector for the past two and a half years, making significant contributions to both our patients and team members. Her commitment to enhancing the well-being of individuals is evident in her approach. Mandy is dedicated to empowering patients by helping them look and feel their best. She believes that the most profound reward she can offer is the ability to unveil patients' inherent beauty through enhanced confidence. Mandy is enthusiastic about guiding each patient toward achieving their skin and body aspirations through comprehensive education, tailored in-office treatments, and effective home care strategies. Outside of her professional endeavors, Mandy cherishes quality time with her family, which includes her husband and two grown children. She is also a proud Border Collie mom to two energetic pups.

Mackenzie Striowski

Registered Nurse

Mackenzie is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience in the nursing industry, allowing her to provide comprehensive care to each patient. She has always been fascinated by the beauty industry, and aesthetic nursing allows her to combine these two passions. Mackenzie is very detail-oriented and takes pride in achieving each patient's outcome by enhancing natural features while carefully delivering personalized results. She is committed to continuing her education to stay at the forefront of aesthetic medicine, providing the safest and highest standard of care for each patient with precision using evidence-based practices.

Advanced Esthetician

As an Advanced Esthetician, Cece specializes in corrective, results-driven skincare, including advanced laser treatments, clinical facials, full-body waxing, and microneedling. Her focus is on improving overall skin health through evidence-based treatments and customized care plans tailored to concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, scarring, and aging. By combining advanced technology with medical-grade skincare, she is committed to delivering safe, effective outcomes while helping each client achieve clear, healthy, and confident skin.

Chief Operating Officer

Tia Conley serves as Chief Operating Officer through the management services organization that provides nonclinical administrative and operational support to Superior Med Spa. Her responsibilities include business administration, organizational development, daily operations, and supporting an exceptional patient experience.

Tia’s role is exclusively nonclinical. She does not evaluate patients, make medical treatment recommendations, prescribe medications, or perform medical procedures. Medical screening, treatment approval, prescribing, and clinical services are handled by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals under Superior Med Spa’s established medical oversight and safety protocols.

Tia holds a bachelor’s degree with a business emphasis and a master’s degree in education, both from the College of St. Scholastica. With 35 years of entrepreneurial and business-management experience, she brings extensive knowledge of operations, leadership, organizational development, and community-focused service to her role.

A longtime member of the community, Tia is passionate about creating an environment where patients feel welcomed, informed, respected, and confident in their care. She believes success is measured not only through business growth, but through the people and community uplifted along the way.

Tia credits her faith, her husband, and her family as the foundation of her personal and professional journey.
